From a gameplay perspective, I think Revival is the best thing you'll find on the PocketPC for a turn based strategy game. Once you know how to go about your business the game is fairly easy to navigate, and there's a lot to do.
Revival comes with a great little tutorial that helps explain why and how to do things in the game. It’s really rather complex, and I highly suggest going through the tutorial, especially if you’ve not played Civilization on your PC before. Revival on S60v3 offers the ability to save your game at any point, which is a must for this type of turn-based strategy game.

Aesthetically, the game is a homage to the pre-windows era with its retro in-game graphics, brought into the 21st century with the inclusion of a very cool intro movie. The whole set-up is very easy on the eye, the menus and info windows are all as straightforward and un-complicated as they should be.
